Richard Barone and Dennis Bates, the principle owners, have committed A' Bella Stone to providing a "true total customer satisfaction experience" when purchasing stone products and services. To accomplish this, they re-applied those principles, concepts, and methods of providing both a product and a service that has been lost over recent times. The key metrics supporting long term business objectives and goals based on quality, cost, and delivery. Their external focus will be measured by customer satisfaction of the "total customer experience" from quotation to installation.

A' Bella Stone is an ISO-9000 compliant company. This commitment requires a quality management system that forms the internal foundation for sound manufacturing process as well as the external customer satisfaction requirements. These are based on a Total Quality Management Philosophy with the benchmark being ISO-9000 standard. These practices will include automation, controlled processes, multi-shift production, scheduled forecasting, and a focused customer satisfaction process.
