
The Sales Associate is responsible for the development of new customer accounts and hitting agreed upon monthly and annual revenue goals. The position reports directly to the executive management.
The Sales Associate is responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales revenue objectives based on agreed upon annual sales plans projections established with executive management.
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing goal to actual results on a monthly basis, to include any revisions and modifications to be brought for approval by executive management.

This position is specifically responsible for the meeting monthly revenue goals through successful growth management of new customer accounts in order to meet their sales revenue objectives and that of the company’s overall business plan.
The Sales Associate manages their outside sales accounts. The position specifically is responsible for field sales, the development of new sales accounts to support revenue objectives and all customer support functions related to their accounts for the business.
The Sales Associate defines, manages and is responsible for meeting their monthly and annual sales objectives in conjunction with the business plan.
The Sales Associate is expected to spend all their time in the field, in the development, management and growth new individual accounts to achieve their revenue objectives.
The Sales Associate, while not expected to have but would be a huge plus, in the bringing of any key current customer accounts, contacts and knowledge, as well as having knowledge and proficiency of the countertop market and industry.
The Sales Associate is expected to perform and maintain all required quote follow up documentation related to their accounts to include customer specific requirements in an effort to win every job and review this information with executive management on a periodic basis through formal sales meetings.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating their expenses related accounting administration per company policy and procedure.
Minimum 2-4 years, preferably all in outsides sales account development
